The Solution: Plump + Spry reviewed the brands campaign imagery, in-store signage and social media communication. We then conducted research with thousands of existing customers, along with a target market unfamiliar with the brand.
This led to a highly focussed hierarchy of visual-based communication. This streamlined approach was applied to all aspects of communication and trialled with the customers.
The Results: The trial was a success, resulting in sales uplift in-stores, and higher engagement on social media.
While we're not able to share numbers, we're pleased to confirm the figures were so positive the trial translated into a national across 130 stores.
